Try these ideas for a healthy desserts to eat. Take a banana and cut in half. Put a popsicle stick in it and roll it in peanut butter and then in crushed nuts of your choice. Put in freezer and you have a nice healthy dessert just for you! Another healthy snack would be dipping the banana in almond bark. Just enough chocolate to give your tastebuds a treat but not so much the calories!
