Grapes! Not only are they good in jam, but they are good fresh!

These are anti-oxidant rich, and protect you from heart disease and cancer. They have fiber, small amounts of vitamins, and important minerals like potassium, calcium, manganese, and iron. You can eat them fresh, as jam, drink them in wine, and don't forget the raisins. Grapes can conquer your kidney stones, enhances blood flow, and saves on your eyesight (red grapes especially). There are all different kinds of grapes but are classified as red or white. There are all colors from green to almost black. Try them all. They will keep about a week in your refrigerator. 2 cups of grapes (approximately 30 grapes) is about 120 calories and makes a wonderful and as you can see a 'powerpacked' snack!
