Sweet treats can be healthy?

Yes! They can pack a punch! They're packed with anti-oxidants, fiber, vitamins, minerals. Just general all around "good for you" ingredients. That doesn't sound good to you?
Well, it always helps to know a little bit about what your eating too. You know. Those blueberries stabilizes blood sugar, boosts your memory, yum! The carrots in that cake are making my eyes be-e-eutiful! Promotes weight loss,hum...(well that might work). Ginger aids digestion and neutralizes nausea etc. . That didn't do it for you either?

How about you want your cake and eat it too? Now we're getting somewhere! At some point in your life you have to realize that staying or getting healthy is not going to happen by shirr wishing. You have to get motivated and sometimes for me I have to have some things in life to look forward to. Healthy sweet treats is my vision!
