Why not try HEALTHIER DESSERTS?
Years ago our ancestors made up healthy recipes to get their children to eat the things that were good for them like ginger. Ginger aids digestion and enhances the blood flow, even helps nausea or carsickness. So now we eat gingerbread cookies, candies, etc. But down through the years more and more sugar got added and then replaced with corn syrup. Plus white flour was put in place of whole wheat. Eating HEALTHIER DESSERTS can be daunting but it can be done with a little plan of action and a determination on your part. Best of all the rewards are twofold. You enjoy your sweets and eat healthier in the process. And if you lose a few pounds too, that would be a bonus! In order to feel better,look better and be all around healthy, fruits would be first in order on your sweets list. But if you're like me, I like the fruit but I also like the crust that's in the pie and the batter that's in the muffins etc. etc. ...if you know what I mean. What happens when you eat healthier desserts?
